All products come with warranties. If you order a WKC built pc you get free tech support and 3-year warranty on all parts. If you order a computer, printer, or other item from Dell, Gateway, Toshiba, IBM, and others, you will receive their parts and other warranty. However, WKC will give free tech support for that product. Why should you have to sit on the phone for hours waiting for tech support? WKC can schedule a time to either pick up the product or meet you at the location of the product. We want to be assured you are getting quality service. (Free tech support does not include virus removal)



                              Training About The Usage Of Your Product


WKC charges only $20 dollars an hour. That’s it! You will learn a lot about your product how to use it and what it can do for you. We take pride in showing consumers how to use products. I have experience working with customers with a wide variety of computer knowledge. We understand how learning to use a product can be difficult and scary. We will give you details and show you aspects of how the product can benefit you. WKC will also show you how to take care of it so it will last a lifetime.

Diagnosing / labor is $35 dollars an hour. Yes, only $35! The reason we charge less for this service is that we want to get the job done right. We focus on making you happy, not on how much we can find wrong or how we can charge you more. WKC looks forward to return business not making money.
